Terms & Conditions                                                 

    Deposit & Tour Payments

• All rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
• Reservation will be confirmed upon acknowledgment from customer.
• Hotel confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Deposit paid is non-refundable after booking is made.
• Any change of date is subject to current package price.
• Full payment must be made before the promotion due date.
• High season surcharges will be advised when applicable.
• Full payment must be received at least 90 days before departure. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

    Itinerary & Service

• The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the land operator.
• IBC Tours and its agents reserve the right to amend program or fares without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Unused services (e.g. meals, tours, transfers, entrance tickets) are non-refundable.
• Customers denied boarding or rejected at immigration will not be entitled to any refund.
• IBC Tours acts as an agent for service providers (airlines, hotels, ferries, coaches, etc.) and shall not be held liable for acts, omissions, or changes in regulations beyond our control.

    Group Departure Policy

• All packages are based on Series Group Departures (minimum 25 pax / maximum 40 pax).
• If group size falls below minimum, customers will be informed at least 1 month before departure with options to:
•    - Postpone travel (21–31 working days, effective from date of cancellation received by email).
•    - Change to another destination.
• Travel insurance will only be processed 14 days before departure once full payment is received.
• Tour escort from IBC Tours will only accompany groups of 25 pax or more. For smaller groups, local guide/representative will receive the group at the destination airport.

    Hot Air Balloon Activity (if applicable)

• Complimentary and subject to space availability.
• Cancellation due to weather or withdrawal of operator’s offer is not replaceable and no refund/reduction will be given.
• IBC Tours reserves the right to change the location (e.g. Cappadocia to Pamukkale) if required.

    Flight Arrangements

• In case of flight cancellation by airline, IBC Tours will assist with new arrangements.
• Any fare differences for new tickets are to be borne by the customer.
• Once return tickets are issued, cancellation is strictly non-refundable.

    Visa & Immigration

• Visa processing is not handled by IBC Tours. Customers are fully responsible to apply, prepare, and ensure visa approval.
• In the event visa is denied, rejected, or delayed, the tour fare is non-refundable and IBC Tours bears no responsibility.
• Customers who are denied entry by immigration, hold expired/invalid passport, or are blacklisted by any authority will forfeit 100% of tour fare (non-refundable).

    Hotel & Accommodation

• Hotels provided are based on local star rating standard (e.g. 3-star / 4-star local standard), not international classification.
• Any changes in hotel due to unforeseen circumstances will be to a similar or best available category.

    Package Duration (Days vs Nights)

• Package pricing is calculated based on the number of nights (hotel stay) as stated in the itinerary.
• Total days shown in the package include flight/travel time. Customers are paying specifically for the number of nights, not total calendar days.

    Rollover / Postponement Policy

• One (1) free rollover is allowed if request is made ≥90 days before departure (only if group is below 20 pax).
• Any postponement less than 90 days will be subject to administrative charges.
• Postponed bookings are subject to current prices (previous offers will not be valid).

Package Price Adjustment Rights

• IBC Tours reserves the full rights to lower the package price prior to departure in order to protect and minimize the company’s loss of deposit. Customers are strictly not entitled to request the same lowered price after booking confirmation, nor will any request to cancel and rebook at the lower price be entertained under any circumstances.

    Meals & Halal Food Policy

• Please be informed that breakfast provided in international hotels is generally not Halal certified.
• IBC Tours will advise customers to consume simple options such as eggs, bread, fruits, and beverages available during breakfast.
• There will be no arrangement for Halal-certified hotels unless it is clearly stated in the package description.
• Customers are expected to understand and accept this condition before making any booking.

    Legal & Complaint Waiver

• Upon agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the customer fully acknowledges and accepts that any complaints, disputes, or claims relating to the services provided by IBC Tours cannot be brought to MATTA, MOTAC, Consumer Tribunal, Court of Law, or any third-party body/authority.
• All matters are considered final and binding once agreement is given, and customers waive their rights to pursue any further legal or external claims against IBC Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd.

1. Booking should be made during promotion date with a deposit of RM 1000 per pax. Full payment to be advice by IBC STAFF once you received total Performa Invoice from IBC Tours Corporation (M) SDN BHD.
2. Special Turkey promotion comes with Free Hot Air Baloon Ride . In Pamukkale the event Hot Air Baloon Ride being canceled due to unfavourable weather conditions or any other reasons No refund will be entertained. 
3. Booking will be released automatically if we do not receive any payment.
4. Please send the rooming list at least 01 Month before arrival.
5. Final Payment 03 Months before travelling.
